Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made without chemical preservatives, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unused items, as they cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was received, please contact us within 24 hours at info@naturedesignorganics.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange an exchange.

Orders may be canceled before they ship from our facility.

A full ingredient list is provided for each product. We encourage reviewing it carefully to identify any potential allergens prior to purchase.

To maintain product freshness and quality, store items away from heat and light in a cool, dry environment.
